Quarry Park Shelter Rental

Enjoy the natural beauty and recreational amenities of Quarry Park for your next gathering! The Quarry Park Shelter is available to rent seasonally from May 1 through November 1 and is ideal for family picnics, birthday parties, reunions, and community events.

The covered shelter includes picnic tables and seating for your reserved use. Quarry Park also offers open green space, a playground, pickleball courts, a basketball court, and baseball diamonds; however, these park amenities are not included with the shelter rental and remain open to the general public during your event.

Rentals must conclude, and the shelter must be cleaned and vacated by 10:00 p.m. In accordance with Town Ordinance, park hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Reservations are required to secure your date. Reservations are made according to the *Priority of Use Standard.  Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the reservation form and appropriate fees.   Reservations will be taken no more than one (1) year and no less than two (2) business days before the event.

 *Priority of Use Standard – Priority of use will be given to residents of the Town of Lawrence versus non-residents on a first come first served basis.

Park Shelter Fees

Cancellation Policy:

• Non-Tournament Use: Refunds will be given for reservations canceled within 10 business days of the event.
• Tournament Use: a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date; the balance is due prior to use.  Cancellation at any time will result in loss of deposit.

Residency:

Applicant must provide proof that they are a Town of Lawrence resident to receive the resident fee.  Proof of residency can include a valid driver's license or recent utility bill.  If proof of residency cannot be provided, the applicant will be charged non-resident fees.
