Looking for the perfect space to host your next meeting, celebration, or special gathering? The Town of Lawrence Community Room is available for rental year-round and offers a comfortable, convenient setting for a variety of events.

The room features seating for up to 60 guests and includes a warming kitchen to make food preparation and serving easy. Whether you’re planning a family event, community meeting, or small reception, our Community Room provides a welcoming space close to home.

Reservations are accepted in accordance with the Town’s Priority of Use* Standard and are confirmed upon receipt of a completed reservation form and applicable fees. Reservations may be made up to one (1) year in advance and no less than two (2) business days prior to your event.

*Priority of Use Standard: Town of Lawrence residents receive priority over non-residents on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Fees:

• • Cancellation notice must received at the Town Hall at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event to receive a full refund, less a $20.00 processing fee.  If canceled within two (2) weeks, no refund.  Dates are transferrable at any time for $10.00 fee.

Residency: Applicant must provide proof that they are a Town of Lawrence resident to receive the resident fee.  Proof of residency can include a valid driver's license or recent utility bill.  If proof of residency cannot be provided, the applicant will be charged non-resident fees.
