Absentee Ballots

You may request an absentee ballot online at https://myvote.wi.gov/. Absentee ballots may also be requested by completing the “Wisconsin Application for Absentee Ballot” by mail. The form can be found here: Absentee Ballot Application

The office hours for In-Person absentee begin the second Tuesday before the election.

Please note that we must have a photo ID on file for those voting absentee by mail.

IMPORTANT:

On January 20, 2022 the Waukesha County Circuit Court ruled on Teigen et al. v. WEC and DSCC et al. This ruling changes how a voter may return their absentee ballot. Effective immediately:

  • You may no longer return your ballot via the drop box at the Town Hall.
  • You may no longer return your ballot for another individual, even if that individual resides within your household (i.e. spouse, child).
  • Ballots can ONLY be mailed or returned by the voter, no one else may return your ballot. However, if you are a voter who because of disability cannot personally mail your ballot, the voter is allowed to receive assistance in dropping off or mailing their ballot by a person of their choice, the person cannot be their employer or agent of that employer or officer or agent of the voter's union.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
