   Request for a New Water Meter

Please submit the "New Water Meter Request Form" below or call the Lawrence Town Hall at (920) 336-9131

to schedule a new water meter installation.

We require at least a 48-hour notice.

Please make sure the following is completed before scheduling:

• Basement stairs must be installed to provide safe access.  No ladders allowed.
• The home needs to be adequately heated so there will be no potential for freezing.  The builder/owner is responsible for all costs if the meter freezes.
• Proper piping needs to be installed PRIOR to water meter installation. (see picture below)
